Do we do residential work?

Windowline QLD specialises in the replacement of external windows and doors in high rise buildings. Due to this specialisation we do not do any residential work.

How do I prepare for works in my unit?

Ask one of our friendly Windowline team for our guidelines on getting your unit project ready. As we draw closer to beginning works in your unit, you can expect one of our production team to be in contact to answer any questions you may have.

Can I stay in my unit during works?

To keep you safe and ensure your works are completed in a timely manner, Windowline QLD requires full vacant possession of all units. We understand that this can be inconvenient, however due to the nature of the works that we do this is a non-negotiable requirement.

Do I need to get Body Corporate approval?

Because our works require us to operate your unit as a construction site, all works require Body Corporate approval.

What options are there for my balcony door?

Every building is different, but generally Windowline is able to install both stacking and sliding doors. Please see the renovation guidelines found in your building’s by laws for the options approved in your building.
