SMOOTH FROM START TO FINISH
Windowline QLD follows a systematic process to ensure we complete our projects efficiently and to our high standards every time. A project is generally split up into three stages:
- Pre-Project: During this stage we take the time to understand what the client is looking for, we draw up contracts and provide guidance on getting the client’s unit ready for works.
- Project: Though all projects vary, for a standard project we follow the seven stages outlined below to ensure high quality and efficiency is achieved over and over again.
- Post-Project: In this stage we ensure everything is working perfectly, give the unit a builders clean and hand it over to the client along with all care and warranty information.
By following this process, Windowline QLD ensures a streamlined and customer-focused approach to all our projects, delivering exceptional results and maintaining their industry-leading reputation.
01DELAP
During the dilapidation stage one of our dedicated team members will walk through the worksite to document and photograph any relevant damages or details. Our goal is to create a baseline so that we know how to leave your home better than we found it.
02PROTECTIONS
We care about your home. So with the delap stage finished we begin to assess your unit and set up the worksite. This is done by protecting your floor, covering your furniture and even sealing your cupboard openings to avoid excess dust entering the openings. These and many other protections are just one reason our service is considered the gold standard.
03DEMO
Assessed and protected, Windowline QLD now begins the demolition stage. In this stage we carefully dismantle the old window and doors, tracks and associated components. This stage is carried out with precision to prepare the space for the installation of the new units.
04PREPARE OPENINGS
With the old windows and doors removed, Windowline QLD must now prepare the openings for the new windows and doors. This stage includes waterproofing, pouring hobs where necessary and resizing openings as required.
05INSTALLATION
With the old windows/doors removed and the openings prepared, Windowline QLD’s experienced installers proceed with the installation of the new windows and doors. Attention to detail is paramount at this stage, ensuring everything is aligned, back sealed and functional for a pristine finish.
06CLEAN UP
After the installation is complete, Windowline QLD takes care of the clean-up process. We remove any debris, packaging materials, or construction waste generated during the project. A builder’s clean, the removal of protections and meticulous care is given so your unit is left in optimal condition when our team leaves.
07HANDOVER
The handover phase marks the completion of the project. Windowline QLD conducts a final inspection to ensure that the new windows and doors meet the highest standards of quality and performance. Any remaining touch-ups or adjustments are addressed, and you are provided with warranties, care information and other necessary documentation.
