What do I do if my windows or doors are in need of maintenance?

Windowline QLD primarily works with Body Corporates to organise maintenance jobs. Therefore if you feel your high-rise, exterior, doors and windows are in need of maintenance let your body corporate representatives know and encourage them to get in contact with us as a matter of urgency.

Can Windowline QLD do all my window & door maintenance?

Windowline QLD is able to assist in large maintenance projects to rectify issues throughout multiple units or even your whole building. However high-rise windows and doors require regular upkeep, including the cleaning of the frame and handles, to prevent the harsh Gold Coast environment from causing lasting damage. Please consult your cleaning guide provided with every hand over package, or ask your Body Corporate for more information.

How do I prepare for maintenance works in my unit?

Ask one of our friendly Windowline team for our guidelines on getting your unit project ready. As we draw closer to beginning works in your unit, you can expect one of our production team to be in contact to answer any questions you may have. Due to the vastly smaller scale of maintenance work the general guide would be to move any furniture items out of the way and safely secure any valuable belongings.

Can I stay in my unit during maintenance works?

Most maintenance works will start and finish within a day, however should it be required that Windowline QLD will do works that span multiple days, unless high amount of dust is kicked up, we will work hard to ensure we don’t need vacant possession.
